【2】 Warranty of Returning Products Within 30 Days of Purchase
From the day that customers get the product, TWOFISH SPORT provides a 14-day unconditional money-back guarantee, which means that if your products has quality problems, we will arrange an exchange or refund within 30 days. The specific process is as follows:
1. Refund:
Within 14 days, if the customer’s PRODUCTS has quality problems and wants a refund, TWOFISH SPORT needs to offer the postage. If the product is obviously artificially damaged, the customer will offer the freight, When the E-Scooter is sent back to our Europe warehouse (Germany or The USA warehouse), we will arrange a refund for the customer. Generally speaking, we will refund to customer via credit card payment.
When you initiate a refund, we will submit a refund application to your payment bank within 1-2 working day, and the bank will process the refund to your payment card within 2-5 working days. Counting from the date the customer initiates the refund, the refund will usually be received within 3~ 7 working days.
2. Replacement:
Within 30 days, if the customer’s E-Scooter has a quality problem and cannot be resolved through maintenance, and the customer wishes to exchange it, TWOFISH SPORT can bear the postage, and we will ship a new E-Scooter to the customer.
3. Accessories Provide
Within 90 days, if there is a small problem with the TWOFISH SPORT’s product, we can provide accessories shipping service to solve the product quality problem in time
4. Before returning the product, contact us for a return shipping number; a full refund requires the customer to cover the return shipping fee.
All returns must be processed through us first. Customers are not permitted to return items directly to the warehouse without prior authorization. Unregistered returns will not be accepted by the warehouse.

The TWOFISH SPORT product is produced for sale in the United Kingdom and Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, The USA. The TWOFISH SPORT Warranty for customers who intend to use it outside of the United Kingdom and Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, The USA is not applicable. TWOFISH SPORT products produced for and sold in international channels are warranted as applicable in such foreign countries. Contact us at https://www.twofishsport.com/pages/contact for more details regarding TWOFISH SPORT products that require service, were purchased in the United States, and are now outside the United States. On these products, which require service, consumers are responsible for all costs including shipping, taxes, duties of replacement parts and local power adaptors at the owner’s expense.

TWOFISH SPORT can ship to most addresses in the United Kingdom and Ireland, France, Germany, Spain. Note that there are some restrictions that may apply. Please check out our shipping restrictions below.
Address accuracy
Please double check your address for accuracy when ordering from https://www.twofishsport.com/. An incorrectly entered address can delay or prevent shipment.
Shipping costs
All shipping costs for returns and exchanges within the first 30 days after purchase are paid for by the customer. Customers requesting exchanges under the warranty program are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you purchase multiple items TWOFISH SPORT will try to ship together, however, due to weight and dimension limitations some multiple orders will be shipped the same day but in separate packaging.
We are unable to accept any additional payment for expedited shipping. Please see our Delivery TimesBelow.
Delivery time
If your item is in stock it will ship within 1-3 business days of approved and cleared payment. Orders are processed in order of receipt and upon approved payment. If your item is not in stock or stock is depleted it will be back-ordered. Back ordering generally adds an additional 2-10 business days. If the item will not be in stock within the backorder time period, you will have the option to wait for a back order, modify the order, or cancel the order with a full refund.

TWOFISH SPORT Only can ship orders to the countries: the UK, Ireland, The USA, EU countries such as Germany, France, Finland, Greece, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Sweeden, Switzerland, Poland, etc. TWOFISH SPORT can not ship orders to the places: Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Russia
https://www.twofishsport.com/ will not accept product or product part orders being shipped to Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska.
APO/FPO addresses
TWOFISH SPORT cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Commercial Mailboxes
TWOFISH SPORT cannot ship to a commercial mailbox similar to a Mail Boxes Etc®. Please provide an actual street address.
Undeliverable packages
When the carrier returns these undeliverable packages to us we issue a full refund excluding shipping charges. Please allow 30 days for a refund to your credit card account.
These undeliverable packages will not be reshipped. A new order must be placed for the item. Please review our Address Accuracy tips above before placing another order.
The decision to label a shipment as undeliverable is made by the carrier usually for one of the following reasons:
Incorrect address
If an address is incorrect or incomplete the package will be returned by the carrier. Please be careful when entering your address and proofread it for any mistakes before submitting your order.
Refused by recipient
If you are placing an order to send as a gift it may be refused by a recipient who is not expecting to receive a gift. You may want to let the recipient know that they should be expecting a surprise.
【6】 Delivery timeout or missing items
From the date of making the order, if the customer does not receive the product ordered within 20 days,TWOFISH SPORT will contact the customer, refund the customer directly, and ask the customer to reject the delayed delivery products, the product will be returned to TWOFISH SPORT warehouse following the original shipment route
Questions about re-ship of electric scooter batteries:
From the date of delivery, if the product has a battery problem within 30 days, for example, it cannot be turned on, TWOFISH SPORT can provide free repair service in terms of the battery problem.
From the date of delivery, if the product is used within 30 to 90 days, and there is a battery problem that cannot be turned on, TWOFISH SPORT needs to reissue the battery, and the customer needs to bear half of the battery cost.
From the date of delivery, if the product cannot be turned on for more than 90 days, the customer shall bear the full cost of battery purchase.
